Psychology SEN Graduate Learning Mentor – Key Information:
- Psychology SEN Graduate Learning Mentor role
- Located in Leeds, West Yorkshire
- £350 – £450 per week, term time only
- Monday – Friday school hours, full time
- Fantastic support department
- Visible and supportive SLT
- Easily accessible via public transport links and a large car park for those who drive
Psychology SEN Graduate Learning Mentor – The Role:
- Work with pupils who need additional support
- Deliver 1:1 interventions for pupils
- Support the class teacher with the preparation of lessons
- Support those with SEN/additional needs if required
- Promote positive behaviour and mental health
- Monitor pupil’s progress
Psychology SEN Graduate Learning Mentor – Person Specification:
- 1st class or 2:1 degree (psychology/core subjects preferred)
- Strong academic background – e.g. A levels and GCSEs
- Previous experience working with young people
- Experience with SEN – desirable
- Positive and uplifting personality
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
