Graduate Support Coach – Role Information:

• Graduate Support Coach – Full time role
• Starting January 2024 – Interviewing NOW!
• Located in Nottingham (NG6)
• Based in one secondary academy for full academic year
• Paid £430 per week during term time only
• Working on call in school’s pastoral department
• Supporting students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs
• Promoting and instilling warm and welcoming learning environment

Graduate Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience tutoring, teaching, mentoring or working with children
• Naturally outgoing and motivated individual
• Passionate about a career working with young people
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to develop rapport with young people
