i-teachers are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary academy based in the Bristol area who are actively looking to find a hard-working, dedicated and naturally outgoing Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher during lesson time!

In this role as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be planning and conducting lessons alongside the class teacher whilst also providing individual and small group support to pupils during lesson time based around academic weak points.

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
• Located in Bristol (BS1)
• Based in Primary Academy – Monday to Friday role
• Paid £440 per week during term time only
• FREE access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, SEMH & Safeguarding
• Planning and conducting lessons alongside class teacher
• Providing both individual and small group support to pupils
• Remaining present and outgoing throughout lesson time

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents
• Naturally outgoing and resilient individual
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs
