Graduate Behaviour Support Coach – Bristol – Secondary Academy – Full Time

i-teachers are currently working with an inclusive and forward-thinking secondary academy based in the Bristol area who are keen on finding a naturally outgoing, empathetic and engaging Graduate Behaviour Support Coach to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group support to their students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

In this role as a Graduate Behaviour Support Coach, the successful candidate will be working directly with students with SEMH needs in 1:1 & small group support sessions based outside of the classroom environment and tailored around their secondary curriculum.

Graduate Behaviour Support Coach – Role Information:

• Graduate Behaviour Support Coach
• Located in Bristol (BS6)
• Based in Secondary Academy – Monday to Friday role
• Paid £450 per week during term time only
• FREE access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, SEMH & Safeguarding
• Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support sessions for students
• Tailoring support sessions around current secondary curriculum topics
• Being supportive and patient regarding students progress

Graduate Behaviour Support Coach – Role Information:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents
• Naturally outgoing and resilient individual
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs
• Passionate about the all-round development of young people
