i-teachers are currently working with a superb secondary academy in the centre of Nottingham who are looking to find an outgoing, naturally engaging and supportive Graduate Pastoral Support Coach to provide excellent 1:1 & small group support to their KS3 & KS4 students in need of vital SEMH support.

In this role as a Graduate Pastoral Support Coach, the successful candidate will be required to plan and deliver tailored 1:1 & small group support to students both inside and out of the classroom to students with behavioural and SEMH needs.

Graduate Pastoral Support Coach – Role Information:

• Graduate Pastoral Support Coach
• Located in Nottingham (NG6)
• Based in one secondary academy – Monday to Friday role
• Usual school working hours
• Paid £450 per week during term time only
• FREE CPD courses available – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
• Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support sessions with SEMH needs
• Working across KS3 & KS4 department

Graduate Pastoral Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with young people
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with young people
