• Work under the schools SENDCo / Inclusion Manager
• Plan, deliver and run intervention sessions
• Tailor and adapt to specific student’s needs
• Support students who have behavioural challenges or special educational needs
• Communicate effectively with both staff and parents
• ASAP start, interviewing now!

1:1 Reception SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

• Graduate role – 2:2 or above degree
• Some experience of supporting pupils with SEN
• Patient, empathetic and resilient
