Behaviour Support Coach – Bristol – Secondary Academy – Starting ASAP!

A fantastic secondary academy based in the Bristol area are looking to find a hard-working, resilient and forward-thinking Behaviour Support Coach to provide vital 1:1 & small group support to students with behavioural & SEMH needs in a full-time role for the academic year.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Sociology or Criminology degree
  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Naturally outgoing and engaging individual
  • Considering teacher training or career in Psychology
  • Passionate about education and wanting a career in education

Role Information:

  • Providing 1:1 & small group support to students with behavioural & SEMH needs
  • Tailoring support sessions to the academic needs of students
  • Creating meaningful & supportive rapport with the students
  • Paid £450 per week during term time – Multiple free online CPD courses
  • Monday to Friday position – Based in one secondary academy for academic year
