A fantastic alternative provision academy based in the Chesterfield area are looking to find a fantastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide vital 1:1 & small group support to students whilst working alongside the class teacher in conducting lessons.

Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Previous experience working with young people
• Naturally outgoing and engaging individual
• Considering teacher training or career in Psychology
• Passionate about education and wanting a career in education

Role Information:

• Planning and conducting lessons alongside the class teacher
• Providing 1:1 & small group support to students with behavioural & SEMH needs
• Tailoring support sessions to the academic needs of students
• Paid £450 per week during term time – Multiple free online CPD courses
• Monday to Friday position – Based in one secondary academy for academic year
