Learning Support Assistant – The Role

• Learning Support Assistant
• Support young people’s education in school
• Paid £80 to £95 a day term time only
• Long-term, full-time placement
• Roles available in Primary or Secondary schools
• Work with children on a group or 1:1 basis

Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification

• Learning Support Assistant
• Minimum 2:2 degree
• Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
• Passion for education and wanting to make a change
• A Learning Support Assistant will have a patient and caring manner
• Some experience working with children
