Teacher of English – Role Information:

• Teacher of English
• Located in Gateshead (NE2)
• Based in one secondary school
• Permanent position – Beginning September 2024
• Paid £30,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
• Working across KS3 & KS4 – Option for A-Level teaching

Teacher of English – Applicant Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary English
• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Open to ECT’s and experienced teachers
• Good or better prior teaching observations
• Passionate about the English subject
• Strong classroom management skills
• Eager to be valued member of inspiring English department
