i-teachers are currently working with a superb independent secondary academy based in the Rutland area who are eager to find a passionate, ambitious and personable Teacher of Science to provide excellent learning experiences to their KS3 & KS4 students from April to May 2024 in a 4 day a week position with the possibility of continuing to the end of the academic year.

Teacher of Science – Role Information:

• Teacher of Science
• Located in Rutland (PE9)
• Permanent position beginning September 2024
• £153.00 – £238.00 per day depending on experience
• Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers
• Working across KS3 & KS4 department
• Providing superb Science subject learning experiences
• Reporting to the Head of Science department

Teacher of Science – Applicant Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary Science
• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Good or better prior teaching observations
• Incoming ECT’s and experienced teachers welcome to apply
• Naturally outgoing and inspiring individual
• Brilliant classroom management skills
• Ability to build strong rapport with your students
