This thriving primary school is seeking a creative graduate who can support the teaching staff with a variety of different tasks, primarily supporting children who have a range of additional needs, all varying in complexity. Therefore, you must be a dynamic and malleable graduate who relishes in helping a variety of different individuals.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with young people in small groups as well as 1:1 in order to help with any barriers to learning that they may have. The children you will be working with may have behavioural, emotional and mental health issues as well as having differing levels of special educational needs.

Learning  Support Assistant – key info

  • Starting ASAP
  • Monday-Friday (term time only)
  • Graduate role
  • Minimum 2:1 degree required or other relevant qualifications/experience
  • Experience working with children is essential – preferably in SEN
  • Weekly pay, £425 – £475 per week before deductions (term-time only rate)
