We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary Tutor to start in the Tottenham area as soon as possible. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing academic support and guidance. Duties:
– Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students
– Assess students’ academic needs and develop personalized learning plans
– Create engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students’ understanding of various subjects
– Utilise effective teaching strategies to help students grasp difficult concepts
– Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
– Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students’ academic success
– Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a core subject e.g English, Maths or Science (preferred)
– Special education experience is a plus
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to effectively educate and engage with students of all ages
– Previous tutoring experience is highly desirable
– Passion for helping children succeed academically
