An OFSTED graded ‘Outstanding’ sixth-form college located in the Balsall Heath area of Birmingham is actively looking to find a personable, outgoing and gregarious Personal Development Coach able to provide fantastic individual and small group tuition to A-Level students as they prepare to enter adulthood and leave education.

In this role as a Personal Development Coach, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated small group support to A-Level students based around the colleges tutorial programme, encouraging personal development and ensuring a smooth transition from further education to either higher education or professional working life.

Personal Development Coach – Role Information:

• To work as part of the Personal Development team delivering tutorial programme
• Delivering engaging and inspiring programme for 16 – 18 year old students
• Helping to ensure smooth transition to higher education or professional career
• Providing key information regarding UCAS applications and HE queries
• Paid £110 per day during term time – Monday to Friday role
• September 2025 to July 2026 contracted role – Option to go permanent
• Working hours: 08.15am – 16.00pm
• Located in Balsall Heath (B12) area

Personal Development Coach – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching desirable
• Naturally outgoing and personable individual
• Passionate about the all-round development of adolescents
• Excellent organisation and communication skillset
