  • Alternative provision, part of an outstanding trust, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire (LS11)
  • Full time, Monday – Friday school hours
  • Work for the full academic year
  • £69 – £96 per day (term time only)
  • Supportive department
  • Visionary and passionate SENCo

1:1 SEN Learning Mentor – Person Specification:

  • 1:1 SEN Learning Mentor- interviewing now
  • 2:1 or 1stclass degree – Psychology or core subjects desirable
  • Previous experience with SEMH/SEN and/or behaviour required
  • Resilient attitude due to the demanding setting
  • Supportive and inspiring personality
  • Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
