- Run & deliver 1:1 / group intervention sessions
- Work closely with a student with additional needs
- Help them around the school
- Support class teachers to ensure lessons run well
- Potential to support extra-curricular activities
1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification:
- 1st or 2:1 degree
- Passionate about education
- Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
- Considering becoming a teacher or educational psychologist
- Keen to gain paid experience
- SEN experience is desirable
