Academic Intervention Tutor – Role Information:

• Full academic year
• Located in Jarrow (NE32)
• Monday to Friday role – Based in one school
• Paid £445 per week during term time only
• FREE online CPD college course – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
• Providing 1:1 & small group support across KS3 & KS4
• Creating engaging support sessions in Core Subjects
• Following balanced curriculum plan
• Preparing Year 11 students for GCSEs
• Interviewing for role shortly – Apply ASAP!

Academic Intervention Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Core Subject subject university graduate
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience mentoring, tutoring or teaching
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
• Passionate about your specialist subject
• Interested in a career within education
• Ability to build rapport with others quickly
