The School + Role:

  • Based in Bexley, DA16 2BL
  • Wonderful secondary school with supportive staff and students
  • Inspirational Head Teacher and teaching staff who share your passion for education
  • Plan and deliver 1:1 learning/booster sessions
  • Lead small sessions outside of the classroom and report to class teacher on individual student progress
  • Create resources and partake in general classroom duties
  • The school has a history of working with talented graduates

Person Specification

  • 1st or 2:1 or above in any subject (Core subjects would be advantageous)
  • Excellent academic background and good A-Levels
  • Proficient in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Ability to work within a team of experts as well as use own initiative
  • Confident with behaviour management
  • Some previous experience working with young pupils would be advantageous
