Academic Support Tutor – Role Information:
- Full academic year
- Located in Nottingham (NG5)
- Based inside of ONE secondary academy
- Monday to Friday role – Usual school working hours
- Paid £445 per week during term time
- FREE access to online CPD college courses – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health
- Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support
- Working inside of your specialist subject
- Creating support sessions based around students academic needs
- Interviewing shortly – Starting end of September 2023!
Academic Support Tutor – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 Core Subject university degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience tutoring, teaching, mentoring or volunteering
- Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
- Passionate about educating young people
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to develop rapport with young people quickly
