Person Specification – Biology Graduate Teaching Assistant

The school are looking to appoint a motivated and confident graduate who has excellent Biology subject knowledge. You must have recently graduated with a minimum 2:1 degree and have a strong academic background. If you have had any experience of working with children in the past, for example tutoring this would be advantageous however this is not essential. The school needs someone who has the energy and commitment to raise aspirations for their pupils.

About the role – Biology Teaching Assistant

The Head of Science leads a successful department and is looking for an ambitious graduate to join their supportive science department in September. The Head of Science will be your mentor throughout your time at the school and will allow you to access plenty of training in order to allow you to develop as a Teaching Assistant.
