Early Years Teaching Assistant – Person Specification

• Level 2 or 3 EYFS Qualification
• Strong academic background (A-Levels)
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Passion for education
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible throughout the day
