Education Recruitment Consultant – The Role:

• Uncapped monthly commission
• £20,000-£25,000 basic salary pending experience
• Combine education with sales
• Education Recruitment Consultant role working with client schools and candidates

Education Recruitment Consultant – Person specification:

• Graduate, ideally with a 2:1 or above
• Strong academic background
• Highly motivated, resilient, diligent, personable
• Experience in education and/or sales ideal
• Passion for Recruitment is key
• Confidence to approach and consult with schools is essential
