Job Description – Engineering Unqualified Teacher

  • Opportunity to cover lessons and gain valuable teaching experience
  • Planning and supporting intervention lessons
  • Engage students in exciting practical lessons with high-spec equipment
  • This role could lead to Teacher Training directly with the school
  • Chance to utilise your degree and inspire young pupils
  • Long-term role, no daily supply
  • £375-450 per week (term-time only)

Person Specification – Engineering Unqualified Teacher

  • Must be a graduate
  • 2:1 or above (Engineering degree)
  • Previous experience working with young pupils on a 1:1 basis would be advantageous
  • Prior experience working in schools is essential
  • Must be serious about a career in education
  • Confident, attentive, and patient personality
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
