English Graduate Learning Mentor – The role:

• As an English graduate Learning Mentor you will primarily support students within the English department.
• work across KS3 and KS4. Students within KS3 will require additional academic support within English to reach their expected level of progress.
• In KS4 you will support students who are due to sit their GCSE’s. These students will range from those who are currently achieving well below their expected level, to students who are high achieving and need that extra push.

English Graduate Learning Mentor – Must haves:

• 2.1 or 1^st English degree
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
• Good subject knowledge within English
• A desire and passion to work in education
