• Working with pupils 1:1 & small groups

English Learning Mentor –Personal Specification

• English Learning Mentor- full academic year position
• Relatable degree, 2:1 or above
• Previous experience working with pupils is preferred
• Strong academic background
• Passion for education and growth in young people
• Genuine interest in teaching as a career
• Knowledge in the English subject
