To be considered for this English Learning Support Assistant opportunity you must have the following:
*1st or 2:1 degree – Russell Group (preferable) – English related
*A passion to support others
*Prior school, education or tutoring experience would be preferred
This English Learning Support Assistant role would see you working with pupils in within the classroom supporting them with both language and literature classwork and exam preparation. You will find yourself working mainly on a one-on-one basis providing English language & literature support for children with autism, cognitive development and communication difficulties.
In this English Learning Support Assistant position you will need to display a motivational, engaging and patient manner throughout this role and be proactive to ensure the students are fully supported. You should be able to display good communication skills as you will have to liaise between both students and class teachers, have a patient manner and be proactive within the classroom.
