A superb secondary academy based in the centre of Nottingham is keen to find an outgoing, enthusiastic and naturally engaging English Subject Tutor to join their English subject department for the coming academic year in a full-time Monday to Friday position ending in July 2024.

In this role as an English Subject Tutor, you will be planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support sessions based around the GCSE English curriculum inside and out of the classroom. You will be paid £85 per day during term time, whilst also having access to our partnership with the Online CPD College and a free course in topics such as Safeguarding, SEN & Classroom Management.

English Subject Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 English based degree – Completed by July 2023
• Strong academic background
• Russell Group university desirable for school
• Superb organisation and communication skills
• Naturally outgoing and inspiring personality
• Patient and supportive regarding pupils progress
• Interested about a career within education
• Experience working with children desirable
