Graduate Behaviour Learning Mentor – Person Specification

  • On track/graduated with a 1st class or 2:1 degree
  • Passion for supporting pupils
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience working with young people
  • Keen to gain paid experience in a Secondary school setting
  • Aspiring teacher, psychologist or counsellor
  • Language skills are desirable
