Graduate Behaviour LSA

• Shadow the school’s amazing SENCo to get an inside knowledge of how to work with SEN students
• Working with specific students with additional needs to help them with their schooling
• Support class Teachers in and around the classroom where required
• Liaise with Educational Psychologists on different strategies to implement where needed
• Be a role model for pupils around the school
• Become a highly valued member of the team

Graduate Behaviour LSA

• Minimum of a 2.1 required in your degree – (Psychology preferred but all are welcome to apply!)
• Good GCSE’s and A-Levels
• Some prior experience working with a young people would be highly beneficial but not essential
• Resilient and determined to make a difference
• Hard-working and willing to go the extra mile
• Friendly, positive and ambitious
