The Role – Graduate Support Mentor:

• 1:1 and Small Group Behaviour Support
• Deliver targeted support to individual students and small groups to address behavioural challenges and encourage positive interactions.
• Implement tailored behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and address any disruptions effectively.
• Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
• Provide mentoring and emotional guidance to help students build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and navigate social interactions effectively.
• Assist teachers in managing classroom dynamics and supporting students with behavioural needs during lessons and activities.

Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor: Requirements:

• Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people and children.
• Minimum 2:2 UK-based university degree.
• Previous experience in a similar role supporting behaviour and/or additional learning needs is essential for consideration.
• Strong academic background
• Empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and resilience to meet diverse needs
