One of our outstanding schools are looking for an English graduate to assist their learning team and provide top quality education to their pupils. The role will encompass typical duties associated with teaching assistant roles and will give you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience before commencing your PCGE or other teacher training. The placement will be for the full academic year, meaning that you will build great relationships with the staff and students, watching them progress and develop academically. Graduate English Academic Mentor– The Role

• Monday – Friday during term time
• £75-£95 per day for the days worked
• Assist teacher in daily duties e.g., planning and delivery of lessons
• Work in a classroom alongside teacher
• Development opportunities

Graduate English Academic Mentor – Person Specification

• English based degree with a 2:1 or above
• Strong academic background e.g., A-Levels
• Passion and interest in teaching
• Experience is preferable
• Warm personality
