Graduate Learning Mentor – Key Information

• Full-time, long-term Graduate Learning Mentor
• Working for the full academic year in one school
• Paid £300-350 a week, term time only
• Monday – Friday school hours
• Located in Solihull
• Perfect for aspiring teachers

Graduate Learning Mentor – Key Responsibilities

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
• Adapting approach to best suit the needs and ability of students
• Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students
• Inspire the children to engage with the class material

Graduate Learning Mentor – Applicant requirements

• Minimum 2.1 degree
• Excellent A-Levels and GCSEs
• Experience working or volunteering with young people
• Teaching or tutoring experience desirable
• Reliable and determined to make an impact at school
• Passionate about supporting young people
