i-teachers are currently working with a superb primary school based in the Leicester area who are eager to find a dedicated, hard-working and naturally outgoing Graduate Learning Support Assistant to provide vital 1:1 & small group support for a child in their Year 1 class with special educational needs for the remainder of the academic year.

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

• Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Located in Leicester (LE3)
• Full time role – Remainder of academic year
• Paid £440 per week during term time before tax
• Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm Monday to Friday
• Providing 1:1 support to Year 1 child with SEN
• Maintaining warm and supportive atmosphere for child
• Being patient and proactive regarding pupils progress

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Childhood Studies degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with children in any capacity
• Passionate about a career working with children or adolescents
• Superb organisation and communication skills
• Naturally engaging and inspiring individual
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
