Person Specification – Learning Support Assistant
You will be a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above degree who is interested in a career in education. This role requires a patient person who can build relationships with pupils and overcome barriers to learning. You will have an excellent academic background and ideally some previous experience of working with children/young people. Tutoring experience is desirable.
About the role – Learning Support Assistant
You will be working with targeted pupils to ensure they are making progress. Your role is vital as you will be liaising with parents, teachers and the SENCo in order to ensure the pupils you work with have the best possible outcomes. Students at this school come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds.
