Graduate Learning Support Assistant – The role

• Working with a variety of different students – individually and in groups to ensure progress
• Managing behaviour and making sure that your students are kept on task throughout
• Assisting in the preparation of resources and materials
• Support the school’s ethos and mission
• The ability to develop effective relationships

The requirements – Graduate Learning Support Assistant

• Minimum 2:1 in your degree (Psychology is especially welcomed)
• Strong A Levels
• Resilient personality
• Genuine interest of working in education
• Personable and hard-working
• You will be able to adapt to different situations and offer the school flexibility
