The ideal candidate will have a passion to want to make a difference to pupils learning. You will have a 2:1 or above Psychology degree with a bubbly personality. You will be a resilient, patient individual who is able to meet the needs of all pupils. Previous tutoring experience or experience supporting young people with additional needs would be ideal, however this is not essential.
This learning support assistant role will involve you working within the classroom with the class teacher. You will be supporting pupils in the class who need extra support. You will be a resilient, patient individual who is able to meet the needs of all pupils.
