Graduate Pastoral Coach – Key Information:

  • Graduate Pastoral Coach role
  • £300 – £325 per week, term time only
  • Full time, Monday – Friday school hours

  • Supportive pastoral department

Graduate Pastoral Coach – The Role:

  • Work alongside a talented and supportive pastoral department
  • Develop teaching techniques and communication skills
  • Monitor student progress
  • Support students with personal and academic difficulties
  • Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs
  • Take on feedback on continually improve your practice

Graduate Pastoral Coach – Person Specification:

  • 2:1 or 1st class degree
  • Strong academic background to support (e.g. A-Levels)
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Previous work with young people is desirable
  • Supportive and inspiring personality
  • Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
  • Passionate about education
  • Firm but fair behaviour management approach
