Graduate Pastoral Coach – Nottingham – Full Time – Immediate Start – Academic Year

Role Benefits: Based in one secondary academy, Monday to Friday role, Multiple FREE Online CPD Courses, Paid £450 per week during term time, Based in Nottingham (NG6)

A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school based in the Nottingham area are looking to find a dedicated, hard-working and supportive Graduate Pastoral Coach able to offer vital individual support to vulnerable students with behavioural & SEMH needs inside and out of the classroom environment.

Graduate Pastoral Coach – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Neuroscience degree
  • Prior experience tutoring, teaching or working with young people
  • Ability to build rapport with adolescents
  • Naturally outgoing and engaging individual
  • Strong organisation and communication skills

Graduate Pastoral Coach – Role Information:

  • Providing 1:1 & small group support to students with behavioural & SEMH needs
  • Building strong rapport with students
  • Creating safe and supportive learning environment
  • Paid £450 per week during term time – Multiple free online CPD courses
  • Monday to Friday position – Based in one secondary academy for academic year
