You will be preparing students across the school to achieve their best in their learning and development throughout their time at school.

This particular school has incredibly high standards and put the education of their students above all else in order to maintain their excellent results, year on year. You will be working in state of the art facilities that will be a welcoming place to work for you and the students.

Your primary responsibility as the Graduate Personal Progress Tutor will be to become a role model for your students and have a strong impact upon their progress in academically and pastorally. You will have to support good attendance, punctuality and behaviour with your students to ensure they reach their goals. You will need to have a close attention to detail as you will have to effectively record targets and progress whilst meeting with class teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to assess the students.

 Graduate Personal Progress Tutor:

  • Starting in September
  • Minimum 2:1 degree – various subjects considered
  • You must be seriously committed to education and to help students
  • Monday – Friday position
  • Based in Barnet with great transport links
  • Access to fantastic support bases such as Senior Leadership and teachers who are passionate and experienced
