Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support the teacher in managing behaviour and implementing classroom routines
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching materials
• Assist with the assessment and recording of student progress
• Liaise with parents and caregivers as required

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Requirements

• 2:1 or above in your degree – core subjects desirable
• Strong academic background
• Strong interest to work with young people
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
