Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – SEN

  • Based in Lewisham, SE4

  • Support SEN pupils and follow learning support plans
  • Manage challenging behaviour
  • Act as a mentor and role model to young pupils
  • Work closely with SENco
  • Support class teacher in lessons and identify which students require extra support

Person Specification

  • 1st or 2:1 or above (Psychology based degree)
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience working with young pupils
  • Some experience working SEN/SEMH pupils would be advantageous
  • Assertive and empathetic personality
