Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology degree
  • Passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs
  • Excellent subject knowledge
  • Brilliant organisation and communication ability
  • Able to provide excellent academic and pastoral support
  • Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
