JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduate Teaching Assistant
• High proportion of pupil premium (disadvantaged students)
• Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• SATS catch up
• Role starting after Easter
• Interviews ASAP
• Long term, Full-time position
• Paid £425-£475 per week
• Work Monday –Friday, school hours
• Excellent public transport links

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Core subject degree required, 2:1 or above – Russell Group universities desirable
• English, Maths or Science graduates needed
• Strong A-Level and GCSE results
• Some experience of working with children (in any setting)
• A strong desire to work in education
