i-teachers are currently working with a lovely primary school based in the Leicester area who are eager to find a warm, supportive and kind Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 SEN support based in their KS1 department to a pupil with complex learning difficulties.

Learning Support Assistant – Role Information:

• Learning Support Assistant
• Located in Leicester (LE3)
• Based in one primary school
• Paid £450 per week during term time before tax
• Monday to Friday role – 08.30am – 15.00pm working hours
• March 2024 – July 2024
• Planning and conducting lessons alongside the class teacher
• Supporting KS1 pupil with special educational needs
• Tailoring support sessions based around Education Health Care Plan

Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Childhood Studies degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience working with children or young people
• Naturally engaging and proactive individual
• Passionate about a career working with young people
• Good organisation and communication skills
