Are you a recent Psychology based graduate with a real desire to utilise your academic ability as a Learning Support Mentor?

Maybe you’re looking for a role where you’ll have the guidance and support of a superb SENCO as a Learning Support Mentor?

Do you want to be able to plan and conduct your own individual and group support sessions as a Learning Support Mentor?

This Learning Support Mentor is the ideal role for an aspiring Educational Psychologist to gain relevant experience in Nottingham!

Learning Support Mentor – The Role:

  • Learning Support Mentor
  • Located in Nottingham
  • Paid £325 – £375 per week, term time only
  • Planning and delivering 1:1 and group support sessions
  • Working under the guidance of wonderful SENCO
  • Opportunity to gain superb teaching experience
  • Utilising your degree subject knowledge
  • Long term role, no supply!

Learning Support Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology based degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience teaching/tutoring young children
  • Desire to gain relevant and rewarding SEN experience
  • Aspiring Educational Psychologist
  • Supportive and warm personality
  • Patient and hard-working
  • Ability to be patient regarding pupil’s progress
