Are you a dedicated, outgoing and passionate recent or incoming graduate with a history of working with children and maintain a desire to gain first-hand school based SEN support experience?
A fantastic primary school located in Willenhall is eager to add a hard-working, outgoing and gregarious Learning Support Mentor to their brilliant SEN department in a full-time role beginning in September 2025.
In this role as a Learning Support Mentor, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group SEN support to pupils with complex learning difficulties following a carefully structured Education Health Care Plan.

Learning Support Mentor – Role Information:
- Providing 1:1 & small group SEN support to KS1 & KS2 pupils
- Utilising pre-set Education Health Care Plan to support pupils
- Working across schools age demographic
- Monday to Friday role – September 2025 to July 2026 contract
- Paid £97 per day during term time – Includes 5 FREE online CPD courses
- Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm

Learning Support Mentor – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
- Prior experience working with children
- Passionate about the all-round development of children
- Desire to support pupils with complex SEN
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
