The ideal Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor would be/have:

• Graduated recently from Oxford/Cambridge with a 2.1 or above in your chosen field
• Prior tutoring experience would be a bonus but not essential
• A clear passion and interest in education
• Driven and motivated to do well
