Graduate Primary Support Assistant – Behaviour Support – The Role:

• Work alongside talented and supportive staff
• Develop teaching techniques and communication skills
• Communicate with parents and other members of staff in school
• Supporting a class teacher working with students on a 1 to 1 and group basis
• Support day-to-day activities including reading, writing and interventions

Graduate Primary Support Assistant – Behaviour Support – Person Specification:

• Degree level qualification, 2:1 or above
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Previous work with students is desirable
• Supportive and inspiring personality
• For an individual aspiring to become a teacher prior to teaching courses
• Strong academic background
