Primary SEN Mentor – The Role:

  • Primary SEN Mentor
  • Located in Derby
  • Paid £325 – £375 per week, term time only
  • Working with primary pupils who have SEN/SEMH needs
  • Creating and delivering 1:1 and group support sessions
  • Keeping pupils engaged and calm throughout
  • Opportunity to gain superb SEN teaching experience
  • Long term role, no supply!

Primary SEN Mentor – Applicant Specification:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology based subject degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Desire to support children with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Supportive and inspiring attitude throughout school day
  • Prior experience working with young children
  • Resilient and determined attitude
  • Motivated by a career supporting others
