An outstanding Primary School, located in Islington, are seeking a financially-astute Extended School Administrator, to work closely alongside their School Manager, as soon as possible, and on a temp-to-perm basis.

School Administrator – The School:

• Primary School located in Islington
• Outstanding-graded by Ofsted
• Catholic School, with a discernible religious sub-structure integrated into the daily life of the phrontistery
• Happy and cohesive School with friendly staff and cordial SLT
• Places a strong emphasis on fostering resilience, self-confidence, and interpersonal skills
• Implements positive behaviour management strategies to cultivate a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Very close to public transport links

School Administrator – The Role:

• Start as soon as possible
• £500 – £550 per week
• Temp-to-perm arrangement, transitioning to a permanent contract with the School after approximately a term
• To support the Extended School Manager in daily functions
• Respond to customer queries and respond to emails
• Competence with IT systems, such as behaviour and attendance reports
• Answering the phone
• Liaising with taxis
• Meeting visitors and conducting tours
• To be able to work fast, and to prioritise
• Photocopying and general administrative duties

School Administrator – Pre-Requisites:

• UK Degree in English, Accounting, Finance, Business, etc
• Displays patience and fosters a nurturing approach
• Strong linguistic ability
• Commercial awareness and financial astuteness
• Maintains a professional demeanor while balancing confidence and sociability
• Technological competence
