Science Graduate Learning Mentor

• Full-time, Monday to Friday role

Person Specification:

• 2:1 degree (or above) in Science related subject
• Considering teaching as a career option
• A genuine enthusiasm for Science

The Role – The successful graduate will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, to provide targeted help in your subject specialism. As a Learning Mentor you will be leading learning support interventions that not only boost progress but also instil a love of learning in all pupils, particularly those who have a strong Science ability and are destined for a career using this crucial subject. You will have the opportunity to get involved in lesson planning and deliver these lessons with the support of experienced members of staff who will guide your professional development throughout the year.
